You all loved Emme's nursery tour and today I am sharing Ben's bedroom.
Last October when we moved in to our new house, B's room was already a yellowish beige and we kept it that way but I quickly began to hate the color, it was too yellow and his furniture just didn't pop with the wall color. No matter what frames, art, furniture I added I felt like it just didn't look good.
I knew I wanted a

Emme is truly is like having sunshine in my pocket... she's the happiest, prettiest and smartest baby.
Just like any mom would think of her children; she's perfection.
Motherhood comes with no manuals, how-to's or tutorials. So we've pretty much learn as we go with both of our kids, because A) they are both very different and B) kids are kids, and you can't compare one to the other.
So when it comes to their skin care, I make sure to pick and choose what is best for them. Some products don't work so

Hi guys! Thank you so much for all the love and support this week. As you guys know by now, I haven't been feeling too well which is the reason for my absence on the blog and social media. But I am here and wanted to check in to say hello. I also wanted to mention I am feeling great, almost back to normal and just being very positive about my health and trying to

There's only a few weeks left for summer to be officially over and truthfully I couldn't be sadder.
I've said this more than a few times before but this summer has been the best summer yet.
I'm not sure if it's because Ben is at the best age ever (he just turned 5!) and we enjoy doing so many things together or  if t's because Emme is so amazing and independent and truly enjoys any and everything we've done this season.
Whatever it may be, I know it will stay in my heart forever as one of many "best summers yet!".
One of the things we have been doing that the kids loooove is

Yesterday I bombarded my Snapchat (lolabluestyle) and FB feeds with my new and latest video; a try-on haul that you guys requested. I decided to give this a try and I loved it. It isn't anything crazy and it's not an outfit video or lookbook, it's just me trying on some of my new clothes from one of my favorite online stores right now. I hope to film more of these since you guys seem to like them, planning on some fun lookbooks and outfit ideas too.
Let me know what your thoughts are and if you have anything you want to see!
For now here is the video:

Happy Monday you guys! I hope you all had a chance to check out my July favorites video and that you had an amazing weekend, just like I did! It was humid as ever but we have to appreciate all that heat.... winter is coming!! ha!
For today, I wanted to share this amazing Boohoo shoulder crop top I wore to the iPic Theater event last week! The color is everything and the quality is as amazing, can you believe t's only $16!? Initially I was going to wear this with some low cut jeans. But since I was heading out to the movies in this outfit I knew eating and

Posting on a Saturday!? Whaaaaat! Hustle and love, hustle and love... for the blogging game. Ha!
I am happy to finally share a video again. I promise you guys that I don't forget about YouTube - I just need to make more time for it. Ideally I would love to film 2-3 videos a week! But with the kids being so small still, it gets tough. I have

One of the things I love most about my job is that I am able to share so many aspects of my life with you guys. But I mostly love that you guys trust my word and value my input, whether it's for inspiration on home decor or mommy tips and even style advice! It truly means so much to me.
Which is why today I wanted to share with you, the products I've been using on Emme and Ben.
And that's Johnson's Baby new Head-to-Toe line! I've been using it for over a month now and for today's post I am telling you how much I love it and why.

As you guys know, B's birthday party was this passed Sunday. It was a pretty big one since it was his official milestone into a big boy! The big F I V E! Every year I make it a point to tell myself that I am planning something "simple" so that I don't overwhelm myself and truly enjoy a stress-free day.
And every year that is not the case. I tend to over complicate my life and plan detailed parties... but hey, hear me out... I love planning parties for my kids and I've decided I'm going to

Happy Monday! It's nearly 10 at night and I am finally having a moment to get on my laptop since pretty much all of last week. I am so behind on emails, posts and drafts... But truly this is what makes me love what I do even more. I can turn it off whenever I want to. And I did just that for my baby.
Ben turned 5 today and it's been a crazy hectic few days. All my attention and energy was focused on his big day and his birthday party. We had such great time at the party yesterday... Ben had about 3 tantrums - very surprisingly because

This is a compensated campaign in collaboration with Go & Grow by Similac®. As always, all opinions are my own.
The picky eater... I've had to deal with two of those in my mommy lifetime. Now that Emme is 17 months, she is getting a lot better. But she did go through that stressful picky stage for about 3 months. Truthfully, when she first started eating solids she loved everything we gave her. I thought we had skipped right through that picky stage, but I wasn't so lucky. Thankfully, it only lasted a few months, and I blame it all on teething.
For today's post, I partnered with Go & Grow by Similac® to share some tips on how I got my toddler to eat healthy even as a picky eater.
Ben was extra picky at around 10 months old, and that lasted

If you guys watched my latest YouTube video, you saw me rave about this $9.90 little black dress. I actually bought two colors, black was a must! Black is always a must! I wore this for a girls night with my cousins and then again for a baby shower! This is definitely a repeat outfit and I am totally ok with that because when you find a perfect LBD for under $10... you can do what you want!
I find that cotton dresses like this one are

This is part of a sponsored collaboration with DiMe Media and Disney Channel. As always all opinions are my own.
Last Friday I hosted a really fun party for the grand unveiling of the first Latina princess; Elena of Avalor! This was more than just a Disney premier party to me, it truthfully was a proud moment as a Latina. Not only because I feel connected to Elena in more ways than one... but because it makes me so proud to know that major names like Disney, take us Latinas right into front-row-and-center along with the rest of their very famous and loved Disney princesses.
I set up a really pretty tablescape because let's face, who doesn't love a pretty and fabulous party? I know I take every opportunity with a
