Hi guys! In case you are wondering why I have been MIA I wanted to let you know I am having issues with my computer and my memory card where all my photos I took over the weekend are stored. I am hoping to get it resolved soon. I need a new computer! So badly.
I am thinking of taking the plunge and diving right into an Apple. Ugh!
I hope to get back to blogging soon. I am waiting on a card reader for now until I figure out what to do. Send me good vibes! I have a campaign due today!

So much fun filming a little video with Claire from Fashion Bomb Daily.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending a super cute event with Johnson's at Penthouse 45 in Manhattan. So I wanted to share a little recap, if you follow me on SnapChat [lolabluestyle] you saw how fun it was! There was everything from delicious cocktails to fabulous manicure stations, a braid bar, photo booth (of course!) and a makeup retouching station.
Johnson's wanted to show us that their products don't only have to be used for babies. And I am totally in agreement with this statement! I've used Johnson's products from way before I had my kids. Here are some ways you too can use Johnson's products for yourself in your beauty regimen:

- Use the Johnson's Baby Shampoo to clean your  makeup brushes and even as a facial cleanser! It's soft and gentle and leaves the skin feeling refreshed and smelling amazing.

- Johnson's Baby Powder is the original dry shampoo...  I remember  my mom giving me this amazing tip years ago! To use baby powder on my hair to get rid of the greasiness! If you pat some baby powder and softly tap your roots you will have volume and your hair will look fresh and clean! While I was at the event I also learned that baby powder is amazing for getting rid of sand at the beach! Yes ladies!
Just use it as lotion per say and sand comes right off!

- For a mommy on the go like me, Johnson's Body + Face Wipes are amazing, I love the small packaging and I love that I can use it on my kids as swell as clean my makeup right off too.

I hope you liked this little recap! And enjoyed my little tips. Happy Wednesday!

About a week ago I posted on my Instagram about what videos I should film for my YouTube channel, basically what did you guys want to see. And one of my readers asked for a "what's in your diaper bag" video and I loved the idea, so I totally got into it.
I remember when I had my son, I was such a rookie, I had no idea what I was doing and packing a diaper bag would actually stress me out. I mean... what does this baby need? how do I know what's going to happen in the next two hours? So I would over pack or under pack. It would take me forever to get out of the house... new mommas are you with me on that one?
well... in comes second baby, thank you baby Jesus! I am now what some may call an expert;)
The best advice I can give you is to always have the baby bag ready, here's how.
So I wanted to share some little tips of what has worked for me.
Here is my latest YouTube video and please subscribe to my channel:)
Here's a little recap of the things I keep in my baby bag.

Sunnies | CottonOn
Top + Pants | H&M
Shoes | c/o Lulu's
Hi babes! Here is an outfit I am obsessing over lately.
It's not fancy and it's not the most perfect thing. It's truly just comfortable and I love this look for days I am hanging with my kids. It is just really real. It's the look I usually wear on a day to day.
Just a simple loose crop top (which I am obsessed with) and some cotton skinny sweats. All from H&M, all super cheap.
I paired this look with a cute pair of nude wedges from Lulu's and some fun colorful sunnies I just got and I am loving. Loving this colored sunnies trend!

Hi Guys! Happy Monday!
I know I was super MIA last week around here. I've been struggling a little to keep my life with my family and the blog up to par and it is honestly nearly impossible. But I am learning how to manage my time better. Today for example, I am writing from my local Starbucks - sometimes it's so hard to get work done at home because of the kids, it's hard to focus unless they are asleep and by that time, I am exhausted from my busy day with them. I think it is all about time management, so my goal is to come out and work from a local coffee shop once or twice a week.
But enough of that! Over the weekend, while getting my dose of InStyle goodness, I came across this amazing and super easy Kim Kardashian Beach Waves Hair Tutorial video by Jen Atkin. I love Jen A.! she is Kim K's friend and hairstylist and she is hair stylist to more than a few celebs like Jessica Alba, Jennifer Lopez and of course Sofia Vergara. She is the bomb.com and then some!
I've been toying around with the of cutting my hair about 4 inches... a huge difference for me who LOVES her long hair. But honestly it all started because I've heard from more than one of you that cutting my hair will actually stop my hair loss from happening. If you follow me on Instagram you know that I have been losing my hair due to my hormone change after birth and breastfeeding.
I love this length but I wouldn't go this short. I am thinking definitely a little longer and I love this effortless beach wave look. Super sexy and sultry. Total understated glam.
Watch the video HERE to see Jen's genius flatiron technique
for creating Kardashian-worthy waves.
Que tal? Les gusta? Have you cute your cabello lately?

One of the most important roles we have as parents is to protect and secure our children's future. To protect them and to care for them every single day of their lives in so very many aspects. One of them, financial security and financial education. I remember when my son was born one of the very first things we did was open a bank account for him. We have been saving for his education ever since then, he will be four in August. And so we did the same with my daughter. Which is why today I wanted to share my tips and ideas on how you can also start saving for your little one as well as how you can teach them the value of money and importance of saving.
Being a mom of 2 little ones I have so many roles I play in their lives and financial planner is definitely one of them. Most recently I was introduced to Boiling Springs Savings Bank. And I really like how they are generating awareness on financial savings for young adults and how important it is to start this responsibility at an early age. They now offer a Student Checking Account for kids 14-23, aimed at high school students, which is a great way to show your child the responsibility of money. Especially for those who are eager to learn how to manage their money, for students going to college or those who have just started their career.
Let's teach our kids the importance of saving money for their future and how to easy it can be with the right tools and advice and of course the right bank. Here are some tips and ideas:

S T A R T  E A R L Y
By having an already established account you can show them by example but if for any reason you don't have an account for them yet but would like to, it is never too late to start saving.

E D U C A T E  Y O U R S E L F
Boiling Springs Savings Bank offers a Student Checking Account. When a student ages 14-23 visits his/her nearest branch and opens a Student Checking Account with $20.15 or more, he/she will receive a $20.15 interest bonus deposit from Boiling Springs Savings Bank in addition to the initial deposit BSSB makes it easy for both the parent and student to maintain this account. They have no monthly fee, interest is earned on all balances, free online banking (great tool I love and use) and what is best you can literally open an account with as little as $1.00.
Any time your son or daughter receive a monetary gift be sure to deposit the money into their account, instead of buying toys. It will be worth it in the end and I guarantee your child has more than enough toys to play with. Remember that at Boiling Springs Savings Bank you earn interest on your balance so this is a great way to keep your amount growing and your interest accumulating.
If you are interested in opening a Student Checking Account with BSSB head over to your nearest branch, here is a list of their locations. My nearest location was the Lyndhurst branch at a little over half hour away from me. I definitely recommend that you start your child's financial investment early with as little as $1.00 and deposit as much as you can whenever you can and start earning interest early on. In a few years, you will realize how much you have saved for them and that will definitely put your mind at ease. How do you plan for your child's future?

It's no secret that I don't love to do my hair... it is also no secret that I have no time to do my hair!
Being a mom of two little ones I have just about enough time on a daily basis, to take a quick shower, get dressed fast and put on some light to minimal makeup. Which is why I cannot live without dry shampoo. I need quick and easy for just about everything. I normally wash my hair two times a week. And in between washes I am all about my dry shampoo ladies! It literally saves me so much time and leaves my hair fresh and new! I have been using dry shampoo for a few years now and I have used everything from drug store brands to more expensive brands.
Most recently I got to work with Moroccanoil to try their new dry shampoo. I was super intrigued and excited since I have used the brand before and absolutely love it. So when they mentioned a new dry shampoo, I was totally game. First of all, I love that it is split into two categories: dark tones and light tones. At first I thought the powder spray would be brown, but no it is still the white powder spray but once it sets in your hair and you gently massage your scalp, it leaves absolutely no residue, no whites or flakes. I love this stuff! And it smells amazing!
My hair felt super fresh and clean. As if I had just left the salon. It gave my locks some volume and truthfully, it is the best dry shampoo I have used. I definitely recommend it to you. Even on the following day, even though it was wash day for me I was able to keep it going one more day because my hair looked amazing. You know how they say dirty hair is the best looking hair? So true. But for me, that can only be possible with an amazing dry shampoo like this one by Moroccanoil. Love the volume, scent and long lasting fresh feeling it gives my brunette lock! Definitely one of my favorite hair products right now. So there you have it ladies, this is my favorite beauty secret on how I keep my hair looking amazing, fresh and with long-lasting waves.
Do you guys use dry shampoo? And how many times a week do you wash your hair?
If you want to purchase this product and try it for yourself, go here.
ps: it's totally worth it!

 Dress/Vestido: c/o SheInside
Clutch/Cartera: H&M
Shoes/Zapatos: Zara
Sunnies/Gafas; Chanel
It's definitely a happy Monday!
My  hubby and I celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary on Friday and I wore this amazing white lace dress  for an amazing day celebrating our happy life, our struggles and our bond. This dress was actually a last minute choice, my original dress I was going to wear didn't work out because the clerk at the store left the alarm on! If you follow me on Snapchat [lolabluestyle] you know all about it. But I am so happy I ended up wearing this dress. It was perfect for the occasion. The weather was gorgeous, somehow the whole entire day felt like it was perfection. We had such an amazing time.
I love the wear white all year round but a dress like this is definitely one that you need in your closet this season. I am all about the white dresses lately! The entire top of the dress is just lace, I initially wore a nude bra but ended up switching to a white lace bra and it looked so much better, so that's a tip for wearing lace this summer!
For me I wanted the dress to be the focus so I wore simple nude heels and accessorized very lightly with gold studs and this powder blue straw clutch bag by H&M. I tried wearing my hair down but the detail a of this dress definitely called for a messy up do.
So many of you asked where this dress is from so here it is: get this dress HERE for less than $25!
I ordered a size small, the dress fits tight to the body and is shorter in the front with a longer lace detail on the back part. I hope you love it as much as I did.
Happy Shopping!
Hola a todas! Y feliz lunes!
